I began my career as an agent in 1985 with West Shell Realtors located in Colerain. My business boomed immediately and I sold 28 homes my first year. This motivated me to build my business and have consistently been in the Top 5% Nationwide since. In 1997, I made the decision to work as an independent agent with RE/MAX which has proven to be a successful decision. I am also very excited to have my daughter-in-law, Miranda, as my Assistant in helping me to expand my business and provide great customer service.

Miranda Fay
Before, I met my husband and mother-in-law, I was happily single working as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I was set up on a blind date with Charlene's son, Brian, and the rest is history. I recently had a baby boy, Wyatt Allen, and wanted to return to work. I had my Real Estate License, but was not wanting to work day and night (which most agents do), so I decided in the mean time to work as her Assistant and Marketing Director. I have to say it is one of the best decisions I have made and we work very well together as a team.
